The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on Myawards.org. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We will treat each order for products as an offer by you to purchase the products subject to these terms and conditions.
Description of Products
All images, sizes, descriptions, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the products and are not subject to a guarantee of accuracy.
Accuracy of Product Information
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have been provided by MYAWARDS. The intention of MYAWARDS is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, MYAWARDS cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.
Payment and Price
The total price payable for the products will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the products is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be displayed and payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.
Payment Methods
We accept PayPal and debit cards (Stripe) including Visa and Mastercard. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number. Your order will only be processed once authorization of your card has been properly received. We do not have access to credit cards numbers, PayPal and Stripe handle the charges and only send us an approval code.
Availability of Products
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the products for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the products.
Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery, customs and duty and local VAT charges. Your shipping costs are automatically calculated on the final payment page.
Taxes
All prices, fees and other amounts referred to in these Terms, including any prices, commissions and fees set forth on the Site, are stated in U.S. dollars and do not include any sales, use, value added (“VAT“), goods and services (“GST“) or similar taxes or withholding taxes or any customs, duties or tariffs that may be assessed by any governmental tax authority or that are otherwise payable under applicable law with respect to the purchase, sale and licensing transactions contemplated hereunder (collectively, “Taxes“).
You acknowledge that the MYAWARDS will add Taxes to the amounts charged, as a separate charge, when required or when allowed to do so. Each party will be responsible for complying with any and all obligations imposed on it under applicable law with respect to the collection and payment of any Taxes. Each party will cooperate with the other party, and furnish the other party with any customary written documentation or forms required under applicable law to enable the other party to comply with such obligations or to exercise any rights available under applicable law to minimize or to qualify for an exemption from any such obligations.
Risk
From the time of despatch of the products, any loss or damage to the products shall be at your own risk.
Time Limitation for Notification of Claims
Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier’s delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be notified to us within 7 days from delivery.
Incorrect Products: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect products supplied within 7 days from delivery.
Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for products lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.
Cancellation of Orders & Returned Products
If you changed your mind for any reason you have the right to cancel your order before shipping, for credit or refund. We can not accept cancelation or return since the products are made to order and customized for you. If we agree that you can return the products due to defect or errors in your customized information, It is your responsibility to return purchases in pristine condition in its original box and packaging. For full details of how to return please email us at team@myawards.org. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the products.
Subject to claim validly and correctly notified in accordance with the Time Limitation for Notification of Claim paragraph of these terms, products received back incomplete or in a damaged or used condition will either be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account or we reserve the right to levy a surcharge on such returned products at a minimum 20% of the invoice price excluding any shipping costs and credit card fees.
Other
You will own the products once we have received your payment in full. We do not offer any credit facilities. We will issue you with an invoice once we have dispatched the products to you. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
Feedback
We welcome and encourage you to provide feedback, comments and suggestions for improvements to the Site and Services (“Feedback“). You may submit Feedback by emailing us at team@myawards.org. You acknowledge and agree that all Feedback will be the sole and exclusive property of the myawards.org and you hereby irrevocably assign to the MYAWARDS and agree to irrevocably assign to the MYAWARDS all of your right, title and interest in and to all Feedback, including without limitation all worldwide patent rights, copyright rights, trade secret rights, and other proprietary or intellectual property rights therein.

SHIPPING POLICY
Customers will be charged for the cost of shipping during check out. We will ship the products within 1-3 week of the order, depending on availability and customization process. If you would like expedited shipment, we can calculate the special expense and let you know. Our shipping rates are based on courier fees determined by the shipping addresses of the clients and our manufacturing location, as well as the measurements and weight of the trophies and certificates.
At this time, the only way to determine shipping rates is to begin the ordering process by adding the artwork(s) to your cart and then entering your shipping address so that the rates can be calculated. Your shipping costs automatically populate on the final payment page, breaking down shipping, and tax fees. From there, you may choose to purchase the products or not.
How shipping costs are calculated
There are several factors used to assess total shipping costs for a work, including:
•Weight and dimensions of the work*
•The buyer’s and seller’s location (international VS domestic)
*The type of packaging materials can factor into the weight and dimensions of the parcel. A large work, for example, may require a wooden crate, which costs substantially more than a cardboard. If you have a preferred shipping company and already have an account with them, you may arrange your own shipping by selecting pick up on check out. Local Pickup are – Free. We works with world leading couriers to provide competitive rates and great service. But your company may have a better established rates with your preferred shipping company, you are most welcome to arrange your own shipping, please contact us for details.
